Fair access
Safe AI adoption should not only be available to organisations with corporate budgets.
I have worked with charities and not-for-profits since 2013. I want the people doing hard, useful work to have a fairer route to safe AI tools, training and risk support. This is the charitable wing of AI-adoption.net, created to help provide free and accessible AI and general technology assistance and training to non-profit and other charitable organisations.

A two-tier AI world is already forming. Well-funded teams get consultants, training, safe tools and risk assessments. Smaller mission-led groups get a few free accounts and the feeling that they are already behind. The Initiative is intended to help close that gap.
Safe AI adoption should not only be available to organisations with corporate budgets.
The point is not to chase shiny tools. The point is to give capable people more time for the work that matters.
I focus on rules, workflows and confidence, not expensive reports that never turn into practice.
Each month I will run a practical, welcoming workshop for non-profits and community-funded groups in the north-west Auckland region. We will look at safe, useful ways AI can support everyday work, with plain-language guidance and time for questions.
The Initiative is my commitment to donate time and practical expertise to charities, community groups and other mission-led organisations that could benefit from safer, more useful AI adoption.
I cannot be on the front line of every mission. But if I can help the people who are there save time, reduce admin, protect sensitive information and communicate more clearly, then a little of that good travels through the work.
Use AI to reduce repeat admin, draft routine materials and make information easier to find.
Set clear rules so staff and volunteers know what is safe, what needs review and what stays out.
Tell me what your organisation does, what AI problem is in front of you and where a contribution of time or expertise could make a useful difference.
I will be honest about what I can take on and what kind of support would be most useful.
